Ukrainian Gardeners in Search of Paradise

by Oksana Inte  (A Visit to Sepp Holzer's Krameterhof)
Our group consisted of 25 persons—basically the leaders of regional Organic Farming Clubs from Ukraine and at Holzer’s we were joined by two families from Germany, one from Poland, and one from Hungary.

Holzer’s farmstead lies at an elevation of 1800 meters above sea level. To our surprise, there was still snow in spots, the vegetation had just started to bloom. Finally, here we were before the gates of the long-awaited paradise. The meeting with the owner of the estate was warm and joyful. At Holzer’s, at an elevation of 1100 to 1500 meters above sea level, the rhododendrons, a multitude of other flowers, and fruit bushes and trees were already in full bloom, with an average annual temperature of +4˚C. All this is thanks to a microclimate which he created using a system of lakes, rocks, and high ridges, consisting of the trunks and branches of trees, covered with earth taken out of a trench (with a width of the bucket of an excavator, a depth of 0.5 to 1 meter, and arbitrary length). These are the so-called heat traps... read more >>

Meet Miss Beet!    Rooting in the Soil of Soul-Dreams

Ron Nash on Career Zone in conversation with Leslie Goldman, Your Enchanted Gardener

Howdy! My name is KEEP the BEET Media Star, The World’s First Talking Beet Plant. (Here at SOL, they call me Miss Beet - so very respectful!) Anastasia has been inspiring me and she thought it would be good for me to write for my favorite magazine, Space of Love. I am the “Go To” plant for helping all my friends get back in step with their own nature. Plants have been around for a long time, sitting on the sidelines. We are part of Nature’s Original Technology here to help every body remember how to be their best. So what do you say, we all get back in step with Mother Earth through growing some of our own food?...

Ron: Leslie, you’re doing a number of things – you’re talking about KEEP the BEET - The Media Star; my show ‘the Career Zone’ and my book How to Find Your Dream Job. You saw me at the inception of the whole process. What does this have to do with growing your dream job?

Leslie: It's a basic recalibration which, I believe, all of us have to go through nowadays. Many times, we don’t know what our dream job is. We might be going too fast. We’re not growing at a natural pace. We’re not growing in sync with Nature. We’re not recognizing that Nature outside, is OUR nature. And so, when we’re growing our dream job, what I’m referring to is having a perspective on natural growth. The easiest way to get in touch with natural growth is to literally grow something.... read more >>

Russia and its Role in a Peaceful Global Future.

         by  Mehmet Sabeheddin
Russians played a significant role in the revival of the esoteric sciences in the modern world. The flamboyant Russian Madame Blavatsky (1831-1891) founded the Theosophical Society in 1875 and to this day her writings continue to be studied by seekers of arcane knowledge. The Russian Orientalist and painter Nikolai Roerich (1874-1947), with his wife Elena, developed the school of Agni Yoga. Roerich received many of the world’s highest honors for his prodigious humanitarian, cultural and artistic endeavours. The books of the Russian journalist P.D. Ouspenski (1878-1947) still enjoy a wide and influential readership, while groups devoted to the ideas of his enigmatic spiritual teacher G.I. Gurdjieff (1866-1949) are active throughout the world. And all these gifted thinkers shared the conviction Russia had a special destiny to fulfill in ushering in a new Golden Age of civilization. ... read more >>

How Lao Tzu Had Sex.

by Regina B. Jensen,  PhD,    fullyalivewellnesscenter.com
OK., I admit it already. That was a nasty trick to get your attention - Lao Tzu and Sex! You're right, I wasn't really there with him to confirm. (I was too young at the time.) But being a duly licensed psychotherapist, I can at least diagnose him for you from afar. About his suggestions for sexual relations, which I will discuss shortly, it says here in my Diagnostic Manual on page 167, code 302.74, "Inhibited Male Orgasm: Persistent or recurrent delay in, or absence of, orgasm in a male following a normal sexual excitement phase during sexual activity"....Similar for females....    read more >>
